Chris Matheson comes to us with a very diverse background, which brings with it a very unique and specialized approach to Civil Enforcement. Chris started his career as a professional soccer player, being recruited out of Saint Mary’s University where he received a degree in Political Science and Economics. He then moved to France where he competed in the French third division for La Rochelle FC. After suffering an injury, Chris returned home where he continued his education and received a Master’s degree in Project Management. He then went to work with his father, who was a CP for the property management firm, Homburg, where he oversaw all the day to day activities for many of Homburg’s properties. This included tenant inquiries, maintenance and security. Chris soon became interested in tactical training and was introduced to Mr. MacDonald. They became friends and Mr. Matheson was offered a position with the organization. Chris soon found himself working alongside the Late Mr. Bruce Mosher, a former police officer with over 20 years experience and 10 years specifically devoted to Civil Enforcement. Upon Bruce’s unfortunate and untimely passing, Mr. Matheson took his Civil Enforcement training and along with his previous year’s experience in tactical and investigational training, and carried on as the Manager of Shadow Group’s Civil Enforcement Division.
