Mr. Wade’s knowledge and experience dealing with ID verification is second to none. Although now a Manager for Atlantic Superstore, this one-time professional bodybuilder was the head doorman for almost every bar, pub and nightclub in HRM spanning over the course of 25 years. Ron began with Shadow almost from its inception and has been a supervisor since 2003. Ron has logged in literally thousands of hours at Shadow events including Snow Jam, Edge Fest, Great Big Picnic and Super Bikes. Ron has also worked almost every show at the Halifax Metro Center during that time, supervising such events as Celtic woman, The Tragically Hip, Blue Rodeo, John Fogerty, Tom Petty, Hedley, Il Divo, Johnny Reid, Chris deBurg, Jerry Sienfeld, Bryan Adams, CIS Basketball, Deep Purple, Jeff Dunham, Prince, Them Idiots Whirled Tour, John Prine, Avril Lavigne, and Jeff Beck.
